Google retrieves thirteen malware apps from Play Store

Android Google has thirteen apps removed from the Android Play appwinkel because they were infected with malware. One of the apps, Honeycomb, was downloaded nearly one million times.
The apps could be downloaded in the background of other apps and were used to gain access to system software, the site reports Ars Technica Friday.
