Barack Obama takes Kendrick Lamar a better rapper than Drake. The US president did not have to think long when asked which of the two is a mutual ‘rapbattle “would win.
Obama was recently interviewed by three Youtube star. In the interviews all kinds of topics were discussed, such as the fight against terrorism and health care. But there was also room for less serious matters, such as the musical preference of the most powerful man in the world.
Adande Thorne, known on YouTube as Swoozie, Obama asked to choose between the rappers. “I’m going to Kendrick,” the president replied. “I think Drake a great entertainer, but the latest album from Kendrick was fantastic. The best record of last year, I think.”
Favorite song
Surprisingly, the choice of the president was not. He recently told all that Kendricks number How Much a Dollar Cost is his favorite song of 2015. Obama also invited the artist last week at the White House, where they talked among other things about the youth issues in the United States.
Swoozie Obama also wanted to know who his favorite Star Wars character. “Han Solo”, the president said. “He’s a bit of a rebel.”
