British actor Daniel Radcliffe, famous for playing Harry Potter in the film franchise about the little wizard, today received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, an event that was accompanied by his parents and director Chris Columbus.
Radcliffe, 26, was greeted by a crowd of fans and did not hide his nerves during the ceremony.
“It’s incredibly surreal and even slightly overwhelming,” he said the actor, who appeared with his head shaved to mark the filming of “Imperium” movie in which he plays an FBI agent.
The Radcliffe is the star number 2,565 to settle on the sidewalk angelino known boulevard, right in front of the Dolby Theatre where the Oscars each year of the Academy Awards are delivered.
Radcliffe said he felt “lucky” for the life you have, something that has been possible, in his words, thanks to their parents.
